With the help of Outlook Groups, users can create or edit groups that include team members or friends, take part in email conversations between multiple people, view and co-author Office documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) that are shared with the group, invite other people to take part, share photos and other documents, and search for files, conversations, and groups.
