Users must agree to follow the protocol and send the data to a scientist. This is part of a larger UCSF My BP Lab study that aims to understand how stress and daily experiences affect your health.
It takes three weeks to complete the study, and users are required to go through daily check-ins in order to measure stress and emotional experiences. Users need to have a Samsung S9 / S9+ / Note9 / S10 / S10+ phone, and preferably a Galaxy Watch.
The test consists of game-like cognitive tasks, stress management training, and comes with full Galaxy Watch Active integration, which means that it can measure blood pressure as well.
