That is where Labels & Messages Editor comes in, providing a way for you to view and edit XML files that contain translations for an application's sections.

Each section features searching and translation options, as well as buttons for printing and exporting the data. To make sure the translation is correct, Labels & Messages Editor provides a data comparison tool between the languages in the database.
Although not very intuitive and lacking thorough documentation, Labels & Messages Editor might be of help to software developers who want to translate their application and need a way to track all the words and labels in the interface, the menus, and the secondary windows.
