Keyboard Recorder

A simple and straightforward utility that acts as a workaround for the lack of input recording for arcade fighting games and that features playback

Gamers who enjoy arcade fighting games in general know all too well about the importance of quick and reliable inputs. Unfortunately, this simple matter can sometimes cost them the game. Keyboard Recorder is a lightweight utility designed as a workaround for the lack of input recording for arcade games.
The tool is as simple as it gets and, since it is portable, users can start using it as soon as they download it to the desired location. The app comes with a small interface that displays anything worth knowing while recording the inputs. Recording the inputs is done via the F1 key, whereas the playback with the F2 key. Take note that the inputs are recorded and played by frame, so the syncing with the games should work well if the vsync is enabled.
In the upper section, right where the name is displayed, the app includes a status indicator that shows whether the tool is recording, idle or doing playback. In terms of options, the 1:1 option plays exactly what was recorded, a setting that you can set on loop. The playback speed can be tweaked, in the sense that users can make it fast, to reduce the time between inputs to 1 frame. The Trimp startup is a playback option that removes the time between the start of the recording and the first key pressed.
