The Wiggle network aims to index all wireless networks and collect data such a GPS coordinates, SSID, MAC address and the encryption type used. It’s relevant to mention that the service doesn’t store or retrieve usernames and passwords.

With the help of the application, users can discover and upload the locations and specifications of any wireless network discovered with the phone. Users also compete with other people for the most networks found, and there is even a global WiGLE.net leaderboard.

Furthermore, Bluetooth GPS support through mock locations is implemented as well, along with the option to export files to CVS or KML formats.
