Whether you are a system administrator, software engineer, IT specialist or just now trying to learn how network protocols work together to transfer data packages, this mobile solution provides the right tools to accomplish not only easy tasks but also more sophisticated operations.
First of all, you may use this software to check your Wi-Fi network and identify all connected devices, along with their IPs, MAC addresses, and manufacturers. Scan a specific range of IPs addresses to get information about a target subnet and deploy the Netstat feature to monitor the download and upload speed of your Internet connection.
Users can also run Ping tests to check if particular IP addresses are available and measure the response time of a host, scan ports and discover network problems with Traceroute. Furthermore, the DNS lookup service enables them to determine the IP of a particular domain name, while the Whois tool presents ownership information.
In addition to all this, the app gives some extra utilities if you give it root permission, such as Packet Sniffer and Packet Crafter.
