Task Manager is a very useful tool that gives users the power to kill apps that are running in memory to improve the speed and responsiveness of the Android OS. Read more about Task Manager  

The application from SandStudio provides users with the necessary tools to see what’s happening in the RAM memory and to stop almost any app. Sometimes it’s helpful to close down apps that eat too much memory or that have failed to launch.
 
There is no default tool from Google for this task, so it falls to the developers to build them. Task Manager is just one of these apps, and it only features the most basic functions and options. Of course, it’s also possible to uninstall any of the apps that are not a part of the operating system.
