The app comes with tools for syncing files across multiple devices and enjoying them while you’re offline. It requires you to install the Plex Media Server on your computer, so the app can organize files and help you enjoy them from anywhere.
 
Plex also has parental controls, music videos, trailers, extras and advanced management tools so you can enjoy media content. The app automatically converts your media files so they can play on various devices and it comes with a feature for syncing media files to cloud providers, like Google Driver. You can also enjoy HD videos from Vevo and mark videos from YouTube, so you can watch them later. Moreover, it lets you add subtitles to movies or get media recommendations from your friends.
