If you happen to have a Nexus device or a phone with a default Android OS, you will know that you can’t get the latest ad complete Pixel Launcher working, unless you have root access.
Developers managed to sidestep this issue, and now we have the Lawnchair customizable launcher that brings all of the features of the Pixel Launch from Pixel devices on an older phone.
What’s interesting is that devs have gone a little bit further, and now they offer some serious customization options. It’s now possible to enable or disable the Pixel bar; it comes with app renaming, app hiding, adaptive theme, iconpack support and much more.
Please keep in mind that Lawnchair is still in development and some problems might still be present.
