The app makes multitasking a lot easier, since it opens a side bar with app shortcuts in any screen and it even lets you launch apps and pin them for later use. You can set shortcuts to whichever apps or system toggles you want and Meteor Swipe even offers lock screen functionality, but that’s only available in the paid version.
 
Nevertheless, the free version comes with lots of customization options for the side bar color, style, trigger, transition effects, bar opacity and many more. You can even pick from multiple icon packs and customize the application in any way that you wish. Moreover, you can arrange shortcuts into folders and the app displays unread counts and recent apps on the sidebar (only for devices running Android 5.0 or lower).
