GameBench (FPS counter without root)

The ability to effectively measure FPS during a game is something that’s usually available to PC users, but it can be done on mobile devices as well. It’s not difficult, and it requires a one-time PC connection and account registration.
 
The good news about this game is that is doesn’t require root access and records frame rate stability and janks, resource usage, and overall power consumption. All sorts of other metrics are provided as well, along with battery temperature, and CPU and GPU usage.
