WinDiskFlash is a tool that does not only provide a quick way to create a raw disc image, but also for flashing them. The program comes with a simple and straightforward interface that consists of a single window, so it can be employed by users of all expertize levels.
As far as the functionality goes, you can create a new disc image in two easy steps, namely select the device and then choose the Save disk as image option. The application can read disk into images automatically, so if the device is not connected, you can do so and then hit the Refresh button. Flashing is just as simple and entails selecting the Flash raw image onto disk and then the file that you want to manage. If you choose this option, then you can check out the progress in the status bar in the lower section of the interface.
