Vov EXE Joiner

Join multiple files into a single executable, which can be run to extract the contained items at any time, with this simple program

Transfering large numbers of files can be difficult, and users often have trouble extracting content from certain types of archives, which require specialized software.
Vov EXE Joiner is a small application that provides you with a simple solution - pack all your files in a single executable, which can be extracted on any PC, at any time, without requiring additional software.

Relatively easy to use, but it needs some improvements

It has to be said that this application is fairly novice-friendly. You can import files either by clicking the Add Files button or by just dropping them in the main window.
However, it can be difficult to manage the files once they have been added, as they are all displayed using generic icons and there are no alternative display modes.

Merge files into an accessible executable file

After adding all the items you wish to process, just click the Create EXE button and choose where the output file should be saved. The operation shouldn't take too long, but the size and number of the source files need to be taken into consideration.
It is important to note that this application will not compress the processed files. If you are only looking for a quick way to merge items for easy transfer or sharing, it can do the job, but it will not reduce their size.

Extract files easily

When you want to access the merged files, simply run the executable and choose which items should be extracted. However, the lack of a search function, sorting or filtering options can make it challenging to find what you need.
Also, we noticed that the names of the files are converted to uppercase automatically, so users may have to rename them after they are extracted.
All in all, Vov EXE Joiner is a handy utility that can prove helpful in some situations, but it lacks a lot of important features. At present, we have to say that a classic archiving utility will most likely do a better job while also offering additional functionality.
