Improve the way you work with Microsoft\'s Hyper-V products with the help of this straightforward utility that allows you to resize .vhd files with just a few clicks

Even though Microsoft's Hyper-V does a good job of providing users with all the required means to run and manage virtual machines, adjusting the volume of VHD files is not one of them.
As its name states, VhdResizer is a small and straightforward Windows utility designed to help users to shrink or expand the volumes of VHD files.
It can be installed with just a few clicks and it should run without problems on pretty much all Windows versions supporting Hyper-V.
To get started with the app, users need to browse to the location folder of the VHD file. Next, users are required to choose the destination path for the exported file.
Users can choose between two types of conversion (either dynamic or fixed). To complete the procedure, users are also required to choose the desired volume size (in MB or GB).
The time of the resizing process is totally dependant on the computer performance and the original VHD file's size.
Taking everything into account, VhdResizer is a very useful and simple tool for those situations that require users have to carry out the specific tasks of resizing the volume hosted in VHD files.
