Remove Empty Folder

Managing files and folders around your PC can get confusing at times. This happens especially when you have a lot of them on your drive.
When you copy stuff from one place to another, or even when you uninstall software, you often leave behind empty folders that serve no further purpose.
If you knew about them, you would certainly delete them, but having to open and check each folder can be very time-consuming. Instead, you could use Remove Empty Folder.

Only gets rid of everything that is empty

This program adds an extra option to your context menu. Whenever you right-click a folder, there will be a new choice, named "Remove empty folder."
If you run this option on an empty folder, then it will get deleted. However, if the directory does have content inside it, an error will pop up on the screen to let you know and the removal won't continue.
It can happen to everyone to lose a file by accident because of deleting a folder that they thought was empty. With this program, you will not worry about that anymore.

Delete more than just one folder

A nice thing about it is that it doesn't just work with one directory only. You can select this option for multiple folders at a time, and the program will only delete the empty ones.
However, keep in mind that this only works for folders. If you are trying to select anything else, let's say an empty text file, the option will not appear in the context menu.

It definitely has its use

It certainly isn't the most revolutionary program in the world, offering an option that not many people thought they would need.
But still, if your drive has hundreds of folders on it and you decide to do some clean-up, you may want to use this in order to make sure you don't "throw away" things by accident.
