Movie Maker Timeline Control

7.0

A software development kit that allows users to edit video, audio, and images clips on a timeline with support for numerous export formats

Movie Maker Timeline Control is an SDK that allows users to combine several image, video and audio files, effects, text and transitions to create a movie.
It provides an eight track timeline that supports frame-by-frame preview. Users can export their projects to an abundance of formats, such as AVI, WMV, MPEG1/2, VCD, SVCD, DVD, MP4, AVCHD, and FLV format. Users must install add-ons such as MP4, FLV, AVCHD encoder/decoder modules to add and export the corresponding formats.
Visual effects can be added to the entire duration of a video, image or text clip directly from the timeline, and previewing is available during editing.
The audio clips are displayed as waveforms, while the volume can be adjusted at any point during editing. Clips can easily be dragged-and-dropped and their start time can be modified in the same manner.
DirectShow-compatible add-ons can be implemented to introduce effects and transitions. Users can zoom in and out on the timeline, and tracks can be made visible/invisible.
The SDK is compatible with COM supporting programming languages, such as Visual C, Visual Basic, Delphi, .NET, etc.
The software can be purchased in several editions, depending on users' requirements, while plug-ins (encoders and decoders) are billed separately.
