Create a RAM Disk that uses RAM that is part of the paged/nonpaged pool for storing temporary files and cache using this application

In case you need to do various benchmarks and testing and need a separate environment for storing temporary files, browser cache and similar data, then one alternative to consider are RAM Disks. Not only are them known to speed up certain operations, but you can also use them to load specific programs or large data files faster. On a side note, some estimates indicate that the loading times can be 10 times faster than SSD and 50 times compared to a standard HDD.
ERAM is a tool that acts like a RAM Disk with a limit of 4GB and that relies on uses page/non-paged/external RAM. The utility can come in handy if you need to check certain temporary files and cache generated by browsers or various programs you are testing, for instance.
It is worth mentioning that the disk created is very flexible and can be used for a wide variety of purposes. For starters, you can share the folder over the same network so that administrators can grab the files they need for troubleshooting or solving your issue.
If necessary, you can change the permissions so that you or only certain users can modify, read and execute, view the folder contents, read, write or add other special permission. The aforementioned permissions can be customized so that the desired actions can be performed solely by authorized groups or users.
