CMar4Pabx

Keep track of all your telephony metrics, with this call accounting software that uses the SMDR or CDR ports for PABX connectivity

Regardless if you’re running a small business, large company, or just wish to keep track of your personal telephony costs, having dedicated software for logging and accounting all calls and their associated parameters is one of the most sound approaches. Aiming at offering a solution to the previously mentioned aspects, CMar4Pabx was developed, and it will offer users a specialized set of tools for managing their call accounting and relevant telephony aspects.
CMar4Pabx will be compatible with any PABX systems, via the corresponding SMDR or CDR ports, either serially (via RS232) or through an Ethernet connection. Information pertaining to data, calls, both incoming and outgoing is collected, and all call records are first received, then parsed, validated, and logged into a corresponding database. This, later on, serves as an interface for the data pool that is used for report generation.
The main principle around which the reporting feature works relies on the use of trees and leaves (boards) for presenting the resulting data. This is favored instead of other, traditional methods since it prevents horizontal scrolling when running tabular formats.
Last but not least, users can prompt detailed information about each recorded call, by using the detail table feature.
