Your IPTV service is provided by YOUR PROVIDER, i.e. the company that conducted the network cable (Ethernet) to your apartment or installed an ADSL modem. If your provider does not provide this service, then remove the IP-TV Player, you do not need it.
IP-TV Player is recommended to users as a more convenient replacement shell for VideoLAN VLC, and also recommended to providers as a ready-made solution for users - installation and automatic configuration in a few clicks.
