The Woebot app sends messages to users depending on the problems they are facing, such as stress, relationships, procrastination, loneliness, grief, addiction, pain management, and pretty much everything else.
 
Depending on the issues, the application guides you through practical techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), acting pretty much like a coach.
