Google wanted a self-driving car and created a project that would achieve this. Later one, that project changed its name to Waymo, and it’s now operating in the Metro Phoenix area in Arizona, along with parts of Chandler, Tempe, Mesa, and Gilbert.
The Waymo cars are packed with all types of sensors like cameras, lasers, and radar, which gives the car a 360 degrees view, day or night. Using the application, you can order a Waymo car to come and get you to your destination.
Users can also see from the back seat what the car is doing. Please, keep in mind that a car might not be immediately available as there is a long waiting line.
