We’re all used to regular launchers, which index everything in alphabetical order, that we don’t think there are other ways to implement what we need. For example, the T9 App Launcher uses the T9 syntax, which means that you can type numbers for letters, just like it used to happen in the old days.
With the help of the new launcher, it’s possible to delete apps from long menu press and to quickly find what you’re looking for. The app is still in development, and new features are added all the time.
