The Android solution aims to be a mobile planetarium and an easy-to-use guide for telescopes. It promises to detect celestial objects accurately once it gets location permission.
The application enables you to discover hundreds of deep-sky objects from the NCG and Messier catalogs. You can also identify a variety of stars and constellations, including Andromeda, Cassiopeia, Ursa Major, Orion, Pegasus, Aquarius, Libra, and Sagittarius. Furthermore, you may detect all the planets in the solar system, along with data on their current altitude, azimuth, and Equatorial coordinates.
The mobile solution also includes a virtual time machine that lets users jump to any date in the future or past. As a result, they get the chance to virtually explore the sky and find out the exact position of their favorite planet on a particular day.
Users can also deploy the night mode or dusk mode to reduce eye strain. Moreover, the app lets them adjust the opacity to view celestial objects better, zoom in, and manage sensitivity settings.
