As we all know, Google usually keeps the new launchers on a single platform, which is also the latest. The Pixel 2 Launcher is available only for Pixel 2 devices, but that doesn’t have to be the case.
A developer managed to port the launcher to other devices as well, and it should work pretty much on any device unless some restrictions are in place. Users will be able to use Google Now cards and make use of the new search bar that’s been placed on the bottom.
The new app drawer is available as well, and users don’t need to have a rooted device for the Pixel 2 Launcher for work.
