Right from you are presented with three options, Sleep, Nap and Focus. For Sleep, it’s required to choose a wake-up hour, or even start without one. For Nap, set the timespan between hours and minutes. Regarding the Focus option, just set the time period for how long you want to focus for. When done hit the Checked button.
At this point, the app uses its algorithm and starts playing music. The user can adjust the volume level, switch from Low to High intensity, pause or stop playback, or forward to the next track. Swipe left or right on the name of the track and choose another one from the list. At the top of the screen, there is a timer indicating how much time you have until the end of the session.  Where it gets interesting is in the Settings window. From here users can adjust the notifications level, enable the Do Not Disturb mode, adapt the Focus settings to their needs and change the lock screen controls and Performance Mode.
Please note that the app downloads quite a large package at installation and you might want to connect to a WiFi network.
