The developers from Ruby have put a lot of effort into Piano + and they managed to get a great application that not only follows the correct piano notes and sounds, but also makes you feel that you actually have a little of talent when you don’t.
The recipe for Piano + is a very simple and proven one, but the twist is that 128 musical MIDI instruments are used and over 12 studio-quality, sampled voices are used, and expendable instruments are unlimited with external Soundfont files. To top it all off, there are over 50,000 songs from various content partners, so there is more than enough for people to exercise with.
Of course, Piano + is advanced enough to allow users to play the instrument without any other additional helping notes, if you feel that you’ve mastered it.
