Phoenix - Facebook & Messenger

Facebook and Messenger are two different apps from the same developers, and they could, in theory, make a single app that incorporates all the features. Until then, people can use Phoenix, which takes this extra step.
 
With Phoenix, users have access to both of these apps, with a friendly Facebook wrapper and all the functionality of Messenger. Also, users have access to a custom video player that features a download option, a custom photo viewer, GIF support, chat heads, the ability to set a timer to check for new notifications, and privacy protection options.
 
Also, flowing bubbles and app interactions are implemented as well. The developers assure us that the battery footprint is minimal.
