MX Player is one of the only media players for the Android platform that uses the full potential of the CPUs which are available in modern smartphones. The ability to use multi-core rendering is not something common with Android players, and that makes MX Player a special kind of app.
The application also features support for subtitles, zoom, and pan, not to mention a host of other options that are usually only available on regular PCs. It’s possible to resume videos, change between the hardware and software decorder on the fly, switch between multiple audio tracks, change the aspect ratio, rotate the movie, and much more.
All in all, MX Player provides pretty much all of the features that a user might want from a player, with the only downside being that it shows small ads when pausing the video.
