The app created by the British Council aims to help users around the world improve their English step-by-step. It enables them to discover dozens of conversations between native British English speakers that they can download to their devices and listen even when offline.
The Android tool includes podcasts about different everyday subjects, including popular events, festivals, celebrities, holiday plans, and more. Each section contains several episodes that you can download free of charge and delete them at any time later to clear space on your device.
Along with the audio content, every podcast has a transcript to help users focus on listening and ensure they understand each word accurately. They can also slow down the playback speed to hear the pronunciation even better.
