Microsoft Kaizala

Kaizala is first and foremost an instant messenger application, but the biggest difference that separates from all of the rest is that it also comes with some interesting function built in. These are features for people that also like to get some work done when using the chat application.
People that use Kaizala can set up the hierarchy of groups for your community to broadcast messages; they can create, send and respond to actions to complete common tasks quickly, they can receive action cards that feature summaries for various actions, or they can simple chat one on one with a colleague.
Some of the actions that are available directly from the chat window include share attachment, create job request, create a survey, share location, create a poll, meeting invite, and much more.
