Island

Island is a sandboxing application that has multiple uses that cover both privacy and convenience. If you don’t want an application to have access to your data, you can easily set it to work inside a sandbox. This ensures that no data is coming out, with the exception of what you’re permitting.
The application can also be used to clone apps so that you can use multiple instances, to freeze the apps so that they don’t communicate with the outside world at all, to hide the app from view, and even to archive it for an easier installation at a later date.
