When users hear about an app store, they usually think of Google Play Store, but there are others out there. For example, Samsung has its own app store, and in many cases, it’s the only one that’s installed on a device.
Users can have two different app stores on the same phone or tablet, so don’t worry if you see on your device both Galaxy Apps and Google Play Store. They work pretty much the same, so users won’t have problems with installing and finding apps.
The only major difference is that Galaxy Apps is not available in all the countries, so it’s quite possible that you won’t be able to use it in certain parts of the world.
