Foursquare Swarm

Foursquare is more of a social network and checking in various places has always been fun, but with the Foursquare Swarm app, the entire experience becomes much more entertaining. People still get to check in and share the location with their friends, but it’s now more like a game than anything else.
People get to compete to see who gets first to a location, but they can also leave feedback in a way that’s very similar to Yelp. It’s easy to meet up with your friends at a given location and you no longer game to keep remembering all the cools places you’ve been to since the app is already doing that for you.
