We all think that we spend a lot less time on our phones than we actually do, but we don’t usually have the hard data to prove that. With the help of Digital Wellbeing, it’s now possible to see with real data how we’re spending our time online.
The Digital Wellbeing is designed to quickly determine how frequently we use the installed apps, how many notifications we’re receiving each day, and how often we check out the phone. It’s also possible to set daily app timers and to set up reminders to wind down and to stop notifications from coming in.
