From the start, the app requires you to enter some personal data regarding age, height, weight, gender, and units for calculating the amount of burned calories.
The Activity window is where all the action takes place. Adjust some of the default parameters of the session, such as workout or map type, voice notifications, or battery optimization, and afterward, start tracking your ride.
During a measurement, the app displays a timer, the distance, speed, burned calories, and a map with the course. Furthermore, it also includes music playback while riding. Hit the button in the upper right corner. At the end of each workout, you must enter a few details, for example, outside temperature, wind direction, heart rate, or the gear.
Access the main menu section of the app and select from Statistics, Challenges, Records, History, Overall, Goal, BMI Calculator, Battery optimization, Bike gear type, or Settings. Most of these options are straightforward and don't need more explanations. You can have an overview of your progress and challenge yourself in reaching higher goals.
In the Setting screen, users can choose a different metric system, change the map type, adjust the voice notifications level, backup or restore their data.
