The mobile solution provides the same valuable features as the desktop software adapted to the needs of mobile device users. As a consequence, you get the opportunity to attend, launch and manage meetings from anywhere using an Android tablet or phone.
Sign up for an Adobe Connect account if you want to host online conferences, meetings or webinars, and open the desktop software to specify a series of primary information, such as topic, start time and duration. Customize access settings, invite participants, delegate roles and accept or deny users from joining the conversation.
Once created the online meeting, share your mobile device’s camera and microphone to communicate with the rest of the group. Add PDF documents, play videos, show presentations or any other useful files to help attendees understand the real purpose of your virtual gathering.
Furthermore, the mobile app enables you to chat with other participants, ask questions and respond to polls. Tablet users can enjoy some additional features, such as deploying a set of drawing tools to make annotations on shared files and inviting new people to the online reunion.
