The Bomberman gameplay mechanic has been replicated in many other titles, but very few have managed to capture the essence and feeling of that game. BombSquad is just one of the latest iterations, but it’s also one of the best.
In BombSquad multiplayer players meet in an arena and try to blow themselves up in various ways. Of course, there are lots of ways of doing that which range from regular bombs to games of hockey with exploding pucks.
BombSquad also features a beautifully crafted 3D engine, ragdoll physics, and local and networked multiplayer. Furthermore, it’s even possible to use phones and tablets as controllers via the free BombSquad Remote app.
